Event: 'Pampered Pup'

To the left is a work plan proposed to Wayside Waifs, a grooming event called Pampered Pup, that documents each plan of action, and implementation needed to launch a new annual event to gain supporters. Since Wayside is a non-profit organization, it's important to spread awareness of their mission and core values to Kansas City to rapidly gain donations, supporters, adoptions, and volunteers to better the lives of homeless animals and their future loving owners. This event was intended bring the community together in a heart-warming event that left supporters informed of all campus perks and inspired to adopt or donate.

'DOERS TO ENTREPRENEURS' -
Event (Kansas City, Mo).
The 'Doers to Entrepreneurs' money-handling skills event was collaborated by Dozz and Primerica to primarily cater toward hard-working, middle-class families who are economically challenged and in need of a financial plan in their life. This event was designed to give financially struggling families a chance to visit Avila's campus, in June of last year, to engage in a personal sit down with Primerica representatives to conduct a complimentary 'financial needs analysis' helping to separate their needs from their wants, offering a detailed financial plan encouraged by reps to help financially challenged families with a number of financial solutions and career based opportunities.

USA Soccer Fails to Qualify for Russia 2018 (World Cup):

This article highlights the emotional elimination of the United States Men's National team in the 5th round of the qualifying tournament against Trinidad & Tobago that would've earned them a spot in the 2018 World Cup in Russia. Trinidad & Tobago joined Mexico and Costa Rica leaving behind Honduras, Panama, and the United States after a one round-robin qualifier to enter the world cup. This is a big deal for the United States and soccer as 2018 is the first time the U.S. men's national soccer team failed to qualify for the world cup since 1986.

Many children in the world are having a hard time escaping poverty. With that said, there are no guaranteed resources in life for these kids who are born into terrible environments that heavily lack the proper resources and guidance to help them overcome their odds for survival. Currently, around 400 million children live in extreme poverty. In addition, you can look almost any place in the world and find a poverty-stricken child. Furthermore, there is an overwhelming amount of children, starting with Kansas City, Mo, that could benefit from receiving updated technology in hopes that technology and change could fight their position in poverty and victims of the digital divide. Children in the Kansas City area are often overlooked and not seen as experiencing much poverty. With a small donation of $5,000 worth in updated technology, from Best Buy’s Overland Park location on Metcalf, Children International can take their experience and expertise to deliver technology resources and serve as a mentor for those selected.

Cherished Moments: 60 sec. Super Bowl script intended to fight tobacco campaigns. Anti-Smoking.org and Under Armour are featured clients in this 'lesson to be learned' skit between a father and son's bonding of playing catch with a baseball and gloves before the son catches his father, hiding, smoking tobacco.

(The Kitty Store and More)
Event: Kit's Pizza & Picnic
N2Kitty, or The Kitty Store and More, originally offered two separate shops for their customers: a retail store and a baked goods store. The retail side offers licensed merchandise found in big chain stores, such as Hello Kitty and Disney products, while the baked goods store offers custom cakes. In addition, N2Kitty planned to add a pizza cafe to their chain of stores to offer custom-made pizzas created in front of the consumer for them to take home and bake. In preparation of their pizza cafe launch, the Kitty Store and More requested innovative ways to help promote the launch of their new store in Independence, Mo next to the others. The work plan shown to the left is a structure of a promotional event, called Kit's Pizza & Picnic.
